This Privacy Policy, with the awareness of our responsibility as “Data Controller“, we process your personal data within the frameworks determined by the KVK Law and with the methods described below.
1. Collection, Processing and Purposes of Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected through various methods within the framework of the services and commercial activities offered by our Company; through our Company’s units, offices, affiliated companies, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar tools. These data are created and updated during the process of your utilization of the products and services of our Company and our affiliated companies.

The collected personal data will be processed within the conditions and purposes specified in the KVK Law for purposes such as providing our products and services to you better, customizing these products and services according to your preferences, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and our affiliated companies, determining and implementing our Company’s commercial and business strategies, and managing our human resources policies.
2. To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred
Within the scope of our Privacy Policy, your personal data collected may be shared between our internal units and our Group Companies so that you can make the best use of the products and services we offer. This sharing is done in order to customize our services according to your preferences, to provide you with better service and to ensure the commercial security of our Company. In this context, your data may be used for necessary transactions in areas such as communication, security, customer evaluation, legal compliance, audit and financial affairs.
Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, affiliated companies, authorities, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law in order to determine and implement our company’s commercial and business strategies and to effectively carry out our human resources policies. 3. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically. This collection process is carried out in order to provide the products and services offered by our company within the legal framework and to fulfill our company’s contractual and legal obligations fully and accurately. The personal data collected are processed in accordance with the conditions and purposes defined in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law and may be processed and transferred for the purposes described in Articles (1) and (2) of this text. Our company will finalize these requests free of charge within the time and conditions stipulated by the KVK Law. However, if a fee tariff is determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, a fee may be charged according to this tariff. Your rights as personal data owners:
- Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
- Receiving information about this data if it has been processed,
- Querying the purpose of processing data and whether it is used in accordance with these purposes,
- Learning the parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request rectification of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
To request the deletion or destruction of the data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear although it complies with the provisions of the relevant law, - Appeal if the analysis of data by automated systems reveals a situation against you,
- If you have been damaged due to data processed in violation of the law, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
Pursuant to Article 13 of the KVK Law, you may submit your requests to exercise these rights to our company in writing or by other methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since there is currently no other method determined by the Board, you must submit your requests to our company in writing. In this context, the written communication channels and methods you can use for your applications in accordance with Article 11 of the KVK Law are detailed below.

Create a request containing the necessary information identifying your identity and your explanations about which of your rights specified in Article 11 of the KVK Law you want to use.

You can also send your request through a notary public or by using other legal methods specified in the KVK Law.
